The Capital Campaign
Accelerator Process
Capital campaigns should accomplish more than raising capital. As a church, these campaigns create a new opportunity to engage discipleship through generosity.
Let's partner together to
DISCOVER your campaign potential,
DESIGN an intentional campaign strategy, and
DELIVER a successful generosity solution.
“In too many churches, funding
the mission has become the mission.“
– Gavin Adams
“In just two months, 122 people gave to Centerpoint Church for the very first time, and we added 18 new recurring givers! Working with Gavin on our generosity system gave us a plan to grow giving and fully fund our church.”

On my first Sunday as a Lead Pastor,
our church had only $400 in the bank!
Hi. I’m Dr. Gavin Adams, a strategic consultant and leadership partner focused on adding more intention to your church mission.
After a decade in the marketplace, I spent the next 15 years leading a church. If you’re struggling to fund your church, I GET IT!
It took a lot of work and systems to successfully lead three capital campaigns and eventually grow and manage a church budget of $9 million.
During my 15 years of church leadership, I learned how to systematically:
- Grow operational giving without sacrificing our mission.
- Inspire non-givers and tippers to take a first step of generosity.
- Create capital campaigns that engaged our entire church.
- Establish a budget with financial margin.
Most church leaders see only one goal in a capital campaign.
Here’s a hint: It’s the first word in the name.
Focusing only on the capital misses a broader opportunity. Sure, meeting a financial target is a fundamental goal of a capital campaign. Still, there are other benefits that, if overlooked, affect the church, the congregation, and the community over time.
Let's partner together and create a capital campaign experience that:
- Fully funds your project,
- Engages people who have never financially participated at their church,
- Focuses on participation, not dollars,
- Helps people experience transformation, not a transaction, and
- Create more automated givers.
