WHAT PASTORS SAY
REAL CHURCHES. REAL RESULTS
“In just two months, 122 people gave to Centerpoint Church for the very first time, and we added 18 new recurring givers. Working with Gavin on our generosity system gave us a plan to grow giving and fully fund our church.”
Bryant Golden
Senior Pastor, Centerpoint Church — Tampa, FL
“Gavin’s external perspective clarified our vision and helped us build a better model for our community. RCC is better because of Gavin. And I am a better pastor, leader, and communicator because of our relationship.”
Paul Smith

COMMON QUESTIONS
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Do I need board approval before applying?
No. Apply first, have the conversation with Gavin, and then take a proposal to your board. Gavin provides a one-page summary you can share with your leadership team after the initial conversation.
What size church is this for?
Any size where the lead pastor makes meaningful strategic decisions. The 5 Rights System works in a church of 150 or 10,000. The engagement is fully customized to your situation.
What happens if I apply and it's not a fit?
Gavin will let you know directly and honestly. He’d rather tell you now than waste your time. He may also suggest a different starting point — like a Leadership Lab or Think Tank — that better fits your current season.
How long until I hear back?
Gavin reviews applications personally and responds within 2–3 business days. If your situation is time-sensitive, note that in your application and he will prioritize it.
Is applying a commitment?
No. Applying starts a conversation, not a contract. Nothing is committed until both Gavin and the church have agreed the fit is right and a start date is set.
What does the investment look like?
Investment details are discussed personally as part of the application conversation. This is a significant engagement and Gavin prefers to have that discussion in context rather than on a page.
