Speaking and Workshops with
Dr. Gavin Adams
In addition to consulting partnerships, courses, and masterclass experiences, I lead strategic discovery workshops, communicate at conferences, leadership events, and business gatherings, and preach at churches.
Preaching and Speaking
I often preach on Sundays and speak at leadership gatherings on a variety of topics.
“Gavin has been incredibly helpful serving as a teaching pastor at our church and helping develop our communicators. He truly has a gift for extracting relevant, helpful message and series content and helping our communicators do the same.”

I serve as a teaching pastor for a limited number of churches. In this role, I preach while supporting series and message creation for our other team members.
Communicator Coaching
Looking to improve your communication? I’d love to help.
I developed a proven communication training method to improve your content creation and presentation preparation.
Hi. I'm Dr. Gavin Adams, a teaching pastor, communicator, strategic consultant, and leadership partner focused on supporting leaders and pastors.
I first began speaking in the marketplace. I often found myself creating and giving sales presentations.
When I began volunteering in student ministry, the student pastor asked me to preach one Wednesday night. I didn’t realize it then, but I had a marketplace speaking system — and it didn’t really translate to middle school students.
We all have a communication system that defines how we approach creating content and presenting messages.
My communication skills improved when I began to focus more on why I was speaking than on what I was saying and how I was saying it. Why we speak should define what we say and how we say it. Not the other way around.
You have a system, too. Perhaps you learned it in seminary. Or maybe you mimic the preachers and communicators you admire. How do you know if your system is working?
You need a communication system that maximizes the outcome of your message and your style of communication.

I spent the better part of a decade preaching at North Point Community Church and Woodstock City Church where I served as lead pastor. Here’s a sample message from our series, Fight or Flight.
